Nothing goes into our jam except unspoilt nature and ten hours of careful preparation. The hand selected fruitis cooked in a special way, in a vacuum environment, so as to preserve the aroma and full beauty of the fruit. For this reason we patiently cook the jam at a low temperature, for several hours, since good things require time.
